Tooth - and house - update

Well, I ended up NOT going Tuesday to have my top two wisdom teeth out.

I spent the money to build an ark instead.

Why, you ask?

Because, during Saturday's heavy rains, my (finished) basement flooded. Not "got a little damp." Really, truly flooded. There was close to an inch laying on the carpet in a lot of it.

We're still waiting to figure out exactly what's going to happen. Will homeowner's insurance cover it? Will the nice guy at Servicemaster allow me to make payments? Will I win the lottery/hit it big at the casino?

These are the great questions of our time.
