Have-A-Heart Guinea Pig Rescue of NJ is involved with a cruelty case in Pennsylvania involving 140 guinea pigs. The former owner said he was selling the guinea pigs for human consumption for 10 cents each.
The ASPCA has asked for the rescue's help in getting foster homes and medical care for the guinea pigs.
Have a Heart Guinea Pig Rescue is in desperate need of foster families for healthy guinea pigs so they can allow as much room as possible for the foster families that know how to care for the 101 sick, pregnant and mutilated piggies that made it out of there. - Food Bowl
- Igloo
- Vet Care -- if your foster piggie needs care, the rescue will arrange to take him or her to their vet.

I knew it. People really do eat them! I hate them. I made a website becasue I think my grandma's friend offered to buy the babies when they are born to be eaten. I hate them.
This person who did this should be shot in the head! SERIOUSLY! This is shocking and i hope he suffers in hell for all the torment and pain he put the poor guinea pigs in! It is such a filthy act and he should be put in jail for life(or better-killed)! Imagine your self living in this gut-renching place! It would make you sick every day! - Or want to die...
Please People! I beg of you! Look after your animals, not just guineapigs; Creatures big and small! Love them, care for them. They have a life and a soul aswell, they are made of the same things that we are! - They have blood, bones, skin and hair just like us! You wouldn't like it one bit to have this happen to you, so why do it to an animal? Just because animals can't cry for help like us, and just because the can't fight back like us doesn't give us any reason at all to make their life misery!. Have a heart, and do what's right! Sponser! They deserve a life!
Who would be so cruel to kill and eat those poor little piggies?Ihave two guinea pigs and I love them!No one should hurt those poor little piggies.I wish every one could meet my adorable little piggy moon.Take care of them please.If you were a guinea pig would you want to be killed and eaten?I wouldn't.
