Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance got a call from from East York Vet asking that we get the word out that a man will be trying to adopt a dog tommorrow. He has had a complaint for neglect at York County SPCA and today brought a dog into the vet to be put to sleep. The vet on duty said this dog was a case of neglect and they'd like to prevent this guy from getting another dog. This guy has every intention of adopting another dog tomorrow. A representative of East York Vet asked that we get this out to all the organizations we can.
