PETFINDER.COM ADOPTED BY ANIMAL PLANET

| | Comments (1)

After 10 years of helping to find homes for more than 10 million homeless pets, Petfinder.com (www.petfinder.com) is being adopted into the Animal Planet (http://animal.discovery.com) family so they can grow and help more pets. Specifically, Discovery Pet Video, a wholly owned subsidiary of Discovery Communications that operates the Discovery Channel and Animal Planet, just acquired Petfinder.com.

At Petfinder.com's new home, they'll have access to the network of Animal Planet and Discovery as they continue their mission to end the euthanasia of adoptable pets.
