Hemler Animal Control of Glenville, PA, has been approved by the East Manchester Township board of supervisors to serve as the dog officer for the township this year.
Hemler has provided animal-control services to the township for the past several years. Hemler carries $1,000,000 in liability insurance, and has a $500 retainer fee.
