HOPE program seeks volunteers

| | Comments (0)

Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance’s HOPE (Hounds of Prison Education) Program is need of a few helping hands. The program works in conjunction with the State Correctional Institution at Camp Hill to train and rehabilitate homeless dogs from its member rescues so they can be successfully adopted into wonderful homes.

They are seeking an individual with audio/visual skills to help edit a promotional video for the program. The footage has already been shot and now they need someone with the “know-how” to piece it all together.

CPAA also is looking for volunteers to assist with transportation. This involves picking up the trainer in Carlisle, taking her to SCI Camp Hill and returning her to Carlisle. The time frame is between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Thursdays.

If you are interested in volunteering, e-mail kelly@cpaa.info or call (717) 379-2511. For information on the HOPE program, visit www.hopedogs.org.
