Snout-shaped masks revive pets

| | Comments (1)

Tail Chasers Grooming, 503 W. King Street East Berlin, PA, is donating two SurgiVet Animal Oxygen Mask sets to Lake Meade Fire & Rescue and Liberty Fire Company of East Berlin.

The grooming shop and pet supply store purchased the pet oxygen masks from the nonprofit organization H.E.L.P. Animals, based in Orange City, Fla. (www.HelpAnimalsInc.org).

The new pet oxygen masks come with several different fittings so dogs, cats, and animals of all shapes and snout sizes can be helped.

Tail Chasers Grooming owners Mike & Diana Trout would like to outfit the remaining fire companies in Adams County with the masks. They are accepting donations at the shop, by phone and online at www.TailChasersGrooming.com.

A total of $900 would be needed to supply the remaining fire companies throughout the county.
Questions can be directed to Diana Trout at (717) 259-7024.
