Dog kennel records available online

| | Comments (0)

The public can now view a website with the complete inspection records of the 2,600 licensed dog kennels in Pennsylvania, the first state in the nation to make such records available online, according to the ASPCA.

The site, which went live Monday, gives immediate access to inspection records, and also allows for more accurate record-keeping and cuts down on paperwork, said Chris Ryder, spokesman for Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, which is in charge of the dog law enforcement bureau.

There's a link to the kennel records on The PA Dept. of Agriculture, Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement's website. It allows you to choose a kennel, or get a list of kennels in a certain county. (You'll need to enable popups to view the kennel inspection reports.)

Or, you can enter the county and kennel name in the widget below, courtesy of the Morning Call.
