PAWS, a local all-volunteer animal-welfare organization, is looking for
dedicated volunteers who love animals in the south central PA area.
PAWS needs immediate assistance with:
promoting the spay/neuter program that helps humanely reduce the
homeless animal population, including transporting cats to veterinarians;
scheduling spay/neuter appointments and returning phone calls in regard to PAWS’ reduced-fee voucher and TNR programs;
planning and executing innovative events to help increase awareness and raise money for programs;
fostering dogs, cats, kittens and puppies on a temporary basis until permanent homes are found;
helping with monthly adoption days at various adoption outreach locations.
Volunteers can work as little as a few hours each month sharing their talents and special interests.
