Sunny is a sweet, wonderful pit bull that was found pregnant and tied to a fence in Lancaster, PA, in 2005. Sunny had her babies within hours of her rescue. Only two of them survived, but both have been adopted into great homes.

Sunny's front legs are deformed, and it is painful for her to walk. The orthopedic surgeon is confident that she can straighten Sunny’s front legs and is giving the rescue a HUGE discount on the operations, but it will still cost about $3,000 to fix both of her legs. Phoenix Rescue Group is a 501(c)(3) organization, so your donations to Sunny's care are tax-deductible.
