OWNER HAS BEEN FOUND A black Labrador-type dog was found walking on Channell Road close to Gatchelville in Fawn Township (York County, PA) on Saturday.
He has a white chest and some white on his paws, and was wearing a black collar with no tags. He's very friendly and loves attention.
