A male black toy poodle named Pepper has been missing from the Airville area since March 4.
He is neutered, weighs between 13 and 16 lbs, and was wearing a rainbow-colored collar with license tag, rabies tag and a name tag with his family’s phone number.
Pepper is black with silver on his ears and face.

I seen this on baltimore craigslist, could this be your dog? I just found another dog who was lost in maryland and found at the YCSPCA, so sometimes they do travel.
