Davidson is an adult male foxhound who was returned to the shelter because he didn't get along with one of the other dogs in the home. He gets along fine with many other dogs, just didn't like that one dog in particular. Davidson gets along with kids and cats, too. He's housebroken and neutered. His ID# is 53646.

Theo is a young pit bull terrier who was turned into the shelter because he was "too much to handle" for his previous owner. His previous owner reported that Theo gets along with dogs, kids and cats. Bouncer is a really cool foxhound mix estimated to be between 1 and 5 years old. He has a tan coat with a black section on his back. Bouncer was found as a stray in Codorus Township. He is neutered. Pay Bouncer a visit, he'll see if you're on "the list." His ID# is 53325.

Harry was a cruelty sign-over. He had been tied outside without adequate shelter, food or water. Like many cruelty cases, Harry does not appear to hold a grudge at all. HOKAFI'S Pet of the Week is Zappa. She and her brother, Ripple, were abandoned at the shelter.

Ripple has since been adopted, but Zappa is still waiting for her forever home.

She is a dainty kitty who is a bit shy, but that just makes her more adorable.

These two pretty boys are in need of new homes because their owners are allergic.

Both are long-haired, almost 2 years old, neutered, vaccinated and front-declawed. They're very good with children.

Heavenly Paws Animal Shelter's Pet of the Week is a male black cat with a white spot on his chest and white tufts of hair growing out of his ears.

He's about 1½ years old and was scheduled to be neutered Wednesday.

GoldHeart Golden Retriever Rescue's Pet of the Week is Gyro (GH-536), an approximately 3-year-old golden retriever who will play fetch endlessly with sticks, balls or Frisbees.

Gyro is crate-trained and does OK on a leash. He gets along with non-dominant dogs, but has not been tested with cats. He is adjusting well to living in a house and has had no "accidents."

HOKAFI's Pet of the Week is Klinger, a handsome bachelor looking for his Valentine.

He's a single, hairy, friendly and house-trained male shepherd mix, about 4 years old.

His likes include car rides and good food. Klinger knows basic commands and is eager to please.

Heavenly Paws Animal Shelter's Pet of the Week is a gorgeous 1- or 2-year-old long-haired charcoal-gray female cat who was found drenched and huddled under a tree during a thunderstorm.

She's now spayed and up-to-date on vaccines, is great with children and "talks" to you.
