Nittany Lions sending three to new all-star game in Arizona

Penn State safety Drew Astorino, offensive tackle Quinn Barham and tailback Stephfon Green will play in the new Casino Del Sol All-Star Game in Tucson, Ariz. Monday night.

The Nittany Lions will play on the Stars Team, coached by former Arkansas and Mississippi head coach Houston Nutt. Fox Sports Arizona will televise the game, which starts at 8 p.m. ET.

Astorino, a co-captain, was a honorable mention All-Big Ten pick this season and ranked second on the team with 85 tackles, including five tackles for loss. He graduated in August and earned Academic All-Big Ten honors.

Barham, another co-captain, started all 26 games the past two seasons and also earned honorable mention All-Big Ten honors. He graduated in May and earned Academic All-Big Ten honors.

Green was second on the Lions in rushing (266 yards) and scored six touchdowns. He averaged 4.4 yards on his 61 carries and added 11 receptions. He graduated in December.
