Tough call, but I do think it will come down to Notre Dame and Penn State. Penn State did get the last visit and it was a good one. I believe that pushes the Lions up, but is it enough?
I’d still give the slight edge to the Irish. Just seems like Alex likes the all-round fit at ND with academics and atmosphere and football future.
