In the following video, Nittany Lions alumni such as Todd Blackledge (Class of 1983), Adam Taliaferro (’05), Lydell Sargeant (’08) and others voice their support for the current squad.

Nittany Nation is the place to go for the latest news and rumblings about the Penn State football program. Our team of contributors, led by longtime Nittany Lion beat reporter Frank Bodani, will offer perspectives and insight on PSU from the present and past, along with coverage of York County's unique connections to Penn State football.

It is long past due for the for the team to boycott the 2012 season. This is pure bread and circuses–and guess who plays the part of the lions in this Roman circus. There is no reason for the current players to entertain the adults that have so miserably failed the abuse victims and consequentially the players, who are completely innocent. Haven’t we heard enough abouot the innocent often get punished for the deeds of other. Well none of the current should feel any obligation at all to entertain the masses and buck up the athletic department that failed the child victims and now the current players this is pure exploitation. Stay at Penn State, study, just don’t play football. Show the world that football is not Penn State.
