The collegiate playing careers of three Penn State players are not quite over. Three Nittany Lions — Matt McGloin, Michael Zordich and Jordan Hill — each accepted an invitation to play a game in the new year.

McGloin, winner of the Burlsworth Trophy honoring the nation’s best former walk-on, will compete for the Nation squad during the Texas vs. the Nation All-Star Challenge on Feb. 2 in Allen, Texas.

Zordich will head out west to compete in the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl on Jan. 19 in Carson, Calif.

Penn State first-team All-Big Ten selection Jordan Hill is set to play in the 64th Senior Bowl on Jan. 26 in Mobile, Ala. NFL Network will televise the contest. Hill will be the 19th Nittany Lion to play in the Senior Bowl in the past 10 years.
