Penn State football chat, Buckeye style, 8 p.m., Oct. 21

At some point, the Ohio State Buckeyes will lose a football game again. Could it possibly be this coming Saturday night in the Horseshoe?

Penn State will need a big night from its tight ends, like Jesse James, to pull the upset Saturday at Ohio State.

Most wouldn’t bet on it. But what’s your take on Penn State heading to Columbus after a bye week to face undefeated Ohio State?

Let’s chat about that tonight, as well as what you expect from Christian Hackenberg and the running game in the second half of the season. Plus, we’ll catch up on all the latest Nittany Lion recruiting news.

Also, check out my column on the greatest Penn State catches since 1994 … my first year covering the team. Do you agree? Did I miss one or two? Let me know.

And remember, we’ll be chatting tonight from 8 to 9 p.m.

  1. Dave says:

Well Urban Myer ever lose in the BIG?

    • Frank Bodani says:

Yes, and it could still come this season, though the Buckeyes’ schedule is favorable here on out. Ohio State is very strong in spots and talented overall. But they’re not Alabama or Oregon yet. They struggled at times in recent games. Key is frustrating Braxton Miller and Carlos Hyde early, then pressuring them into fourth quarter. Make them rally late.
