Penn State introduced James Franklin as its 16th head football coach on Saturday afternoon, but official the official word came out Saturday morning after several days of speculation that the Vanderbilt coach would take the PSU job.

So there was plenty of time for Penn State players to voice their reactions on social media. The recurring sentiment was a “ready to get to work” attitude and an excitement to welcome Franklin to the team.
