Of note: He claims to have had more than 20 offers from the likes of Alabama, Florida State, Miami, Iowa, Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Oklahoma, USC, Washington and Wisconsin … He has an impressive combination of size, strength, athleticism and technique for his age … He was a district and regional wrestling champ as a sophomore. 

In his words: “The atmosphere, the school, everything really works to what I want to accomplish. Coach (Larry) Johnson is without a doubt one of the best defensive line coaches there is in all of college football,” Webb said. “Not only has he put some of the NFL’s best defensive lineman in the league, but he also builds men, making sure that when we leave Penn State, we’ll be better than when we came. That’s everything I could ask for.”
