Rumors have been quashed about Penn State dumping Virginia for the winless Rhode Island Rams in a football scheduling move.

Rhode Island rumor: Penn State could dump Virginia for winless Rams
A report now has Penn State switching out a September game against Virginia with Rhode Island, a winless team last year in the Football Championship Subdivision.
