His list of offers isn’t as impressive as some in his class — with schools including Boston College, Delaware, Massachusetts, Rutgers, Temple and Toledo — but the recruiting services still sing his praises. "He’s real thin but as far as a skill set goes, you’d be hard-pressed to find anyone with hands that good," said Bob Lichtenfels, a recruiting analyst with Scout.com. "The offers mean nothing. I have not seen many receivers as polished as Will Fuller."
