Keeping score with the Office of Open Records, near the end of its first year of existence:
Barry Fox, the office’s right-to-know officer, said that as of Dec. 23:
- The office had received 1,135 appeals
- 62 of OOR’s rulings have been appealed to Court of Common Pleas; 10 have been decided.
- 34 of OOR’s rulings have been appealed to Commonwealth Court; none has been decided
