Angel Food Ministries founders face fraud, other charges; read indictment

Three members of the founding family of Angel Food Ministries, a national nonprofit that at one time served several locations in York County, face fraud and other charges handed down by a Georgia grand jury today.  An employee of AFM is also charged.

One thing the AFM case does is put the focus on whether charities and nonprofits are doing the things they say they’re going to do when you give them money. Here are some resources for researching charities.
