- Note: We deal with this issue in York County, as the county prison holds detained immigrants. The only information that comes out does so if an immigrant has an advocate on the outside who talks publicly about a case.
- The Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse, which filed the suit that is the subject of the story linked to above, also produced data about judges’ records in granting asylum. We wrote about the two York County judges in the study.
