The York Revolution announced Darrell Henry will be the radio play-by-play announcer for every Revs game this season on Newsradio 910-AM WSBA.
Henry's age is the one shocker. He is 22.
But he used that to his advantage.
He's willing to drive a player to the airport at 5 a.m. He's willing to do the grunt work. And from listening to his York College broadcasts on 1350-AM WOYK, it's clear he's talented.
And, oh yeah, he's a York County native.
We're waiting to see if there's a single negative about hiring Henry.
