Revs offer hitting lessons

Two of the Revs big hitters from last season will arrive in York earlier than expected.
Outfielder Jason Aspito and infielder Matt Dryer will conduct hitting lessons for boys and girls ages 7 and up starting March 25. Lessons will cost $45 for each 30-minute session. For more information or to reserve a lesson, contact the Revolution at 801-HITS or stop by Sovereign Bank Stadium.
The team has posted the schedule for hitting lessons …

March 25 – March 28: 3 – 7 p.m.
March 29 – March 30: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
March 31 – April 4: 3 – 7 p.m.
April 5: 1 – 7 p.m.
April 6: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
April 7 – April 11: 3 – 7 p.m.
April 12 – April 13: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.

    $45 for hitting lessons from a minor leaguer?? You can get much better instruction by watching ESPN Sunday Night Baseball and listening to Joe Morgan analyze the top stars swings. Better instruction as well.

    Anywhere you go you will find hitting lessons in that range. Put your kid in front of the tube to get hitting lessons and he’ll get fat. That’s not a good plan to get him to the majors now is it?
