P.J. Rose is a very solid minor league player. While he might not be this year's version of Chris Ashby, he will improve their lineup.

Jim why are so hung up on Pj's past??? It's about making the team better and from what i have seen the past 2 yrs. he will do that so why don't you move on Jim and quit living in the past!!!

Seip ... you are suposed to be a "Sports REPORTER" that means that you report the sports, not your always negative slanted opinion. You awlays want to bust on guys that haven't yet returned to the big show but stop and think ...... why are you still in York?? They are looking to get back..you have never left.

Thanks for all the comments.

Paul Braverman! Always good to hear from you. And Ken raises a good question, why look at the past? I'll try to address that in an upcoming post. Bballfan, thanks for the note. Not really sure what you're talking about, but that's OK. Let me know who I slammed. I'd love to read the article. I write most of my stuff on a tight deadline, and there are stories -- that I look back on after deadline -- where I wish I would have taken a different angle. But like I said, let me know what you're talking about.

Why am I still in York? Well, because I like it. I know, silly reason, but that's just me.
