Longtime minor league baseball front office employee, Matt O’Brien, has settled in with the NBA. The inaugural general manager for the Long Island Ducks, York Revolution and Sugar Land Skeeters franchises left Sugar Land in March and he has accepted a front office job with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
