All services at the Driver License and Photo Centers across the state will be available to customers Thursday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation.
The centers were temporarily unable to issue driver licenses, identification cards or take photographs Wednesday after a contractor cut a fiber optic line near one of PennDOT's facilities.
