PennDOT reduces speed limit on highways during storm

PennDOT has reduced the speed limit on Interstate 83 and US 15 to 45 m.p.h., according to a news release.

The speed limit reduction affects nine highways in South Central Pennsylvania. The others include: Interstates 81and 78, Route 283, Route 581, US 22/322 and US 11/15.
