Video: Add some oomph to your water

One day this summer, I went out for lunch and brought an iced tea back to the office. When I finished it, I refilled the plastic cup with water, and left the lemon slice in.

And voila — whereas I rarely drink water in the afternoon, I drained that baby in less than an hour.

I realized how easy it is to stay hydrated through the day when it’s right there. I started bringing a plastic tumbler in to work and adding a few slices of lemon and cucumber to change things up. Check out the video above for a simple how-to, and get drinking!
