Thankfully, I am still in the same place this week as I was last week. I am able to step up my workouts a bit and I feel no repercussions.
This coming week, I will meet with Mindy and figure out some safe ways to step up my workouts. I am still not allowed to take any classes; Mindy feels that my back is not strong enough yet.
I really miss the classes; I enjoyed seeing the same people every week, and it was a nice change of pace from working out in the gym. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I am almost there. my core and back are definitely stronger than ever; I am up to 115 pushups.

I have completely changed my everyday eating habits. My husband and I transformed our house into a very healthy place, but I can’t seem to conquer this last little piece. Emotional eating and drinking is a way of life. We are taught from childhood to associate food with feelings. So, how do we replace food as our comfort? I haven’t figured that one out yet.
