Join Smart magazine at the Women’s Show Oct. 6 and 7 at the York Expo Center. Smart editor April Trotter will be hanging out from 9 a.m. to noon Oct. 6 to chat about story ideas and suggestions for future issues.

Aside from the rockin’ presence of Smart, the Women’s show is “shaping up to the bigger and better than ever,” according to a release — this year, it turns 15. The show will offer two days of shopping, exhibits, entertainment, seminars and demonstrations. Oh, and did we mention prizes? From a $500 Weis Markets gift card to ski/snowboard lessons at Roundtop Mountain Resort, there’s plenty to wish for.
WGAL’s News 8′s Anne Shannon will be the keynote speak at 1 p.m. Saturday, but the fun runs 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
