Centerpieces made easy

A centerpiece on the table is like the icing on the cake. The best thing about these centerpieces is how simple and inexpensive they are to make. So put aside the standard vase of flowers or bowl of fruit and get inspired by the everyday objects that surround you to create a beautiful focal point for your family to gather around.
Family tree
What you’ll need
• Glass container, about 6 inches tall (Pom Tea glass container)
• Place card pattern (optional)
• Tree branches
• Family photos (wallet sized)
• Ribbon
• Tape
• Scissors
• Metallic spray paint
• Card stock
Step 1
Gather branches from outside and clean off dirt and leaves. Arrange in glass container. Trim branches that are too long.
Step 2
Remove branches from container and spray them with metallic paint. Let dry and place back in container.
Step 3
Gather photos and glue to card stock. Trim, leaving about a 1/4 inch edge of black trim around photo.
Step 4
Attach ribbon with tape to back of photos and hang on branches.
Added touch Choose a pattern Floral, Circleand print on plain, letter-sized paper. Wrap around glass container. Trim paper as necessary.

Fall harvest basket
For a colorful centerpiece in a hurry, simply fill a basket with an assortment of gourds, indian corn and small pumpkins.

Potpourri wreath
For a wonderful fall scent, fill a glass vase with potpourri. Place a wreath at the base of the vase and scatter some pieces of the potpourri around it.
