Some people are super-polite about it. They sneeze in soft, short, staccato chew-chew-chews. Others make a production out of it, a-chOOOing loud enough to scare anyone within earshot.
When you get the sensation to sneeze, there’s not a whole lot you can do. It’s a reflex, just like the bob of your leg when a doctor whacks your knee with a rubber hammer during an exam.
But you can control — to some extent — a sneeze’s volume and effect on others.

Have no fear, Mills said it doesn’t take much more than 15 minutes to apply a look that will last and make your confidence soar.
