Who was the first National League infielder to have 30 home runs and 30 stolen bases in a season?

Howard Johnson, playing for the New York Mets, belted 34 homers and swiped 32 bases in 1987.
He accomplished the feat three times in his career.
Johnson had his best season in 1989, also having a 30-30 season. During that campaign he stole 41 bases, hit 36 homers, drove in 101 runs, legged out 41 doubles scored 104 runs and batted .287.
Johnson had one other 30-30 season, hammering 38 homers in 1991 while stealing 30 bases and driving in a league-leading 117 runs.
