David Murphy could be getting some lessons from The Master.
As The Southpaw was digging out his car this morning, he realized two things.
1. Snow on the back of your neck is not good when you're trying to keep warm.
2. Spring Training begins in eight days.
So get warmed up with today's first pitch.

This was funnier when I was a kid. But it's still funny.
The Closer
The Orioles are supposedly interested in Jarrod Washburn. If they can get him at a reasonable price, they should not at all lowball him. He's got talent and can really help that squad. This isn't a signing that will make the Orioles a division contender, but it could keep them out of last place. And at this point, that's something.
