Of course, I couldn't put up the Messiah post without talking about York College, which is also in the men's soccer Sweet 16 for the third time in five years.
In the current d3soccer.com rankings, the Spartans are No. 2 behind the Falcons York is a host site and will face Williams at 11 a.m. on Saturday. A victory in that game will pit the Spartans against the winner of Saturday's second game between Christopher Newport and Stevens Institute.

Two YAIAA grads, Jorden Messersmith (Red Lion) and Jesse Derksen (Susquehannock) played more than 30 minutes in that game for the Spartans.
On Sunday, York bested Amherst 2-0 to move into the round of 16.
