Writing is an art form to me. It'a a way to express myself and give opinions. I like making people think!
As for my introduction...
My name is Lyndsay Burns. I was a sophomore at Central last year but I decided to be homeschooled for the rest of my high school career to be able to choose my own subjects, my own schedule, etc. I now have the oppurtunity to take art classes, join a choir, and do more volunteer work.
I love my boyfriend Jeremy, he is absolutely amazing! He will be a senior at Susquehannock this year.
I love art, in just about every medium. Acrylic paints, oil pastel, chalk pastel, colored pencil, watercolors...I adore charcoal. That may be my favorite. Most of my work is portraits or trees. I love trees. They're beautiful.
Music is probably the most important aspect of my life. I write lyrics, I sing and occasionally I play keyboard. I'm in a band with my boyfriend- but it's hard to get together and practice because the rest of the band is in Glen Rock.
I'm trying to think of things other people might possibly care about. I love summer, particularly dancing in the rain. Thunderstorms are gorgeous. I have a cat named Maxie. Don't really care much for television but I do like Degrassi. I'm practically addicted.
Anything else you want to know- just ask me. I'm home all day, at my computer for most of it...I would be more than happy to talk.

I'd love to see your artwork sometime, Lyndsay. Feel free to post some of it on the site if you'd like! It'd be cool to hear a sample of your music too.
Hi Lindsay!
I didn't know that you joined TT.
This is going to be fun (earl).
I agree with Kate, I'd love to see your artwork. I enjoy drawing myself, coincidentally enough I'm a portrait-tree girl myself, although not so much lately. I also like Dropkick Murphys.
Lyndsay...I'm excited to get to meet you; thanks for the comment on my post!
Also, I noticed you changed your picture...I want to say congratulations because it took me about half an hour to figure out how to post one. Haha. =) Cya soon!
Hey, thanks for the comment. It was a rush job, and I wanted to lay the ground work so I wouldn't forget what I wanted to say.
Seriously, you hate baseball?
Yeah, but just playing. Watching it live isn't that horrible. But then again, that's true of all sports. Watching them on television is the most pointless thing I've ever heard of, though.
I did read yours so there! I didn't know you played keyboard, awesome! Oh by the way, mine was longer...haha
