My new froggy friend

Now that school is officially over, my mom and I decided to fix the pond in our backyard. It's nothing huge, just a little container pond we got last year. It looked pretty nice over the summer, but as the fall got closer we neglected it and the pond took a turn for the worse. So we started fresh today by cleaning it out and then going to buy plants and fish. While we were at the store, I noticed they sold tadpoles. I've always wanted a tadpole, so I convinced my mom to buy one. I think she hates the idea of something that can eventually grow legs and hop around our backyard, but I'm excited. I can't wait until it turns into a frog!
