Plenty of perks at Penn

| | Comments (1)

The University of Pennsylvania's location is perfect for the college-bound student. Philadelphia caters to young people. After a tough day poring over books, you can wander the city in search of great food, unique shops and rich historic sites.

The university is as diverse and well-known as the City of Brotherly
Love. Impressively, it is home to the nation's first medical school. The history
buff would be astounded to hear signers of the Declaration of Independence and
the Constitution attended Penn.

However, the campus is more than its rich historical value. It boasts
four undergraduate schools and 12 graduate and professional schools. The
University of Pennsylvania is a one-stop shop for someone who desires excellent
education, location and diversity.

I almost went to Penn - the financial aid is really good, and they offered me a spot in their top undergraduate research program. But I knew I'd like Johns Hopkins better.
