Yep, that's a Soviet designed and built Mi-24 Hind gunship. It's carrying away the A in Iraq. The article is about what happens in Iraq when the U.S leaves. The "A" is filled in with the American flag. Way to go Time! Leonid Brezhnev would be proud!
