If you love Jane Austen's work
If you love seeing beautiful English/Scottish countryside
If you love romance
If you love Austen's era of flowing dialogue
If you love James McAvoy...because who would deny watching Mr. Tumnus from The Chronicles of Narnia?

Then see Becoming Jane.

You've pretty much sold me. As in, I love all that stuff (MCAVOY)and really want to see this movie now. Is it in theaters or on DVD?

Mk, I just watched the trailer. I definitely have to see this, especially with talent like Walters and Smith. We'll have to see how Hathaway does, I'm witholding judgement on her. Is it going to be in theaters around here? *squee* But I thought she never got married? This is going to be sad...:( Commercial reminds me of a movie I saw last night.

Go to the Charles Theatre in Baltimore. Its a wonderful old fashioned theatre. (they have really old hot dog dancing type cartoons like in that one scene in Grease) Plus, if you like Crepes, right next door is a Crepe cafe. You can choose from Saultry or Sweet Crepes. Oh, Hathaway does a wonderful job. At least I think. Hathaway and McAvoy have amazing chemistry, so it makes it more enjoyable. If you can't make it to B-more, then just look online to where you can see it in York.

Oh it is sad. My mom and I were crying.

Laura...one more thing: Did you see the blog I posted to you? Its called "In response to Laura."

1. That sounds like an amazing theater. Now I want to go!

2. I did see your entry...I meant to leave you a comment, but I didn't. I'll go right now!

It looks like it'll be really good! I'm trying to convince my mom to go, but she doesn't like Anne Hathaway as an actress...:(
