Tonight was my night to make an inspirational "speech " to our varsity field hockey team (this is much less formal than it sounds; it usually lasts about 30 seconds right before we warm-up to get our heads in the game). Since I'm feeling random, I just thought I'd share...
You are only as strong as your weakest link; you are only as fearless as your most fearful player. You are only as confident as your least confident teammate. You are a team-- you must pull together to win together.
