1408

The...weirdest...movie....ever.....

Some of the lowlights of John Cusack and Samuel L. Jackson's career. This was one of the oddest movies I've ever watched.

Mike Ensin is a paranormal debunker, writing books to prove that ghosts do not exist. After recieving an invite to room 1408, a "haunted room" in the Dolphin Hotel. Mr. Olin (Sammy J) is the manager of the hotel, and insists Ensin doesn't stay there. Something about the room being alive. Didn't catch all of it.

For almost two hours, there's murderous spirits, rotting corpses in vents attempting to steal shoes, and mad hallucinations that question your own sanity.

I've read the short story, and that wasn't that bad. Then again, books never do. I'm immune to scary books! I'll have to check this one out. [The movie.]

hahahaha I totally agree with you. It was definitely strange. John and Sam should have thought about it before accepting their roles!

I never can watch a scary movie in a movie theater... it makes things waaaaaay too officially scary. I was turned off of this one right away though because the digits 1408 added up to 13. That was a little too cliche for me.

It reads 13???? I did not know that, haha
