So today I went and saw the musical Chicago at the Strand-Capital Theatre. Amazing!
The movie Chicago is one of my favorite movies, and I've always wanted to see it live. My parents landed tickets! Oh my gosh, it was amazing! The actors and actresses performances were spot on, and I was so blown away. I can't even put the night into words. I got a shirt that says Not Guilty, which people will only understand if you've seen the movie or play. And please do! It's amazing!
I've seen the movie... I thought it was ok--my fav musicals are Les Miserables and Phantom.
Was being inside the Strand awesome? I haven't been in there since it was renovated. :( I've seen a couple musicals on Broadway, and they've all been AMAZING, but I want to go to the Strand, too.
Any other musicals coming up there?
