Since filling up a tank of gas costs about three arms and ten legs these days, I'm sure I'm not the only teen who had a summer job. If you're a savvy saver like I try to be (and, let's be honest, I usually fail at this endeavor) you might have a job through the school year as well.
How do I tend to my boredom when it's on the slow side? Read on, por favor.
1. Free Rice. I'm kind of a nerd, so this game is both addicting and educational. Score!
2. Time Magazine. Joel Stein is brilliant and can chuckle the monotany out of my thoughts any day. I also love the Shocking, Predictable, and Shockingly Predictable charts that accompany each issue.
3. Watching the good folks of Megatronix next door do...what ever it is they do.
4. Walking a few feet to Rutters to fill up on Sour Patch Kids, Starbursts, and Gummi Worms. I'm a candy freak.
5. When all else fails, addictinggames.com I'm totally addicted to Bloons.
Ahh, you've gotta love the workin' force.
