Find money for college at FastWeb.com

As high school seniors apply to colleges, they are also looking for ways to pay the tuition.

At FastWeb.com, students can register and create their own profiles so that the site can find scholarships, jobs and internships that match their criteria.

I created my own account in a matter of minutes. FastWeb will ask you certain questions, such as your intended major and whether you are searching for colleges or scholarships.

The site adds new scholarships on a daily basis, with a variety of application criteria ranging from video entries to traditional essays.

While many of the scholarships are national, the site also provides information on scholarships in your area and college-specific scholarships. The site sends users e-mails to alert them to new scholarships and remind them of approaching deadlines.

The vast number of scholarships found based on your criteria can be overwhelming. I would recommend checking the box next to a specific scholarship if you are interested in information on it.

FastWeb.com is a valuable resource to help pay for a college education.
