TEMPLE HERE I COME!

| | Comments (2)

I have been wanting to go to Temple for the longest time. It has been the only school I have applied to more than a month ago.

Everytime I open my mailbox I was hoping to see an envelope. An envelope....

that would tell me my fate....since I didn't apply to anyother schools, I was hoping to hear my answer soon.
Then yesterday...it happened!
I was told the envelope was red and said "congratulations" on it.
I opened my mailbox to see a red envelope sticking out from the bottom of the stack of mail. I reached for it and was speechless.
I ran into the house to tell all my friends.
"IT FINALLY CAME!!!!"
I was so excited. Sadly, I was told by my parents that I couldn't open it until they had arrived home from work. It was 3:00 p.m. I had a hour and a half, at least, to wait until I could open it and see how good the good news was (It did say "congrats" so I was 99.9% sure I was in)

Then when they finally arrived home, I got to open it and see that I not only got in ... :) ... but that I also had gotten a scholarship as well

It was a good ...a great day!!!!!!

Hey, congrats on getting into Temple!
I go to Drexel, which is nearby, and I love Philly! Are you excited to go?
